What we collect

What you type into the waitlist form: your first and last name, email, state, and occupation, plus an optional short story about your experience with health insurance. We don't ask for your phone number, date of birth, or medical details.

Your story

Your story stays private unless you check the box that says "Pool Health may share my story (first name and state only) on its website and social media." If you check it, we'd share only your first name and state with it. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

How we use it

Only to update you about Pool Health and to research and design it. No spam, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We never sell your information.

Who processes it

Our website and waitlist form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions for us. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@joinpoolhealth.com.
